Best And Most Popular Posts About France And French Language Of 2013

Best Post About France 2013I was going to write a totally different post today announcing something new that I’m doing and that relates to the topic of this blog, but since this thing includes the creation of a new page, I decided to postpone it until next week or the one after.

So, instead, since this is still January 3rd and many people are still not quite out of the holiday daze yet, I thought I’d resume my best and most popular posts of 2013, and give a chance to those who haven’t yet to discover what this blog is about.

Before I do, though, I wanted to say that this year I will be striving to write even more interesting posts in the hope of making this blog a popular one in its niche.

By the way, if there are specific topics about France that you would love to know more about, let me know, and I’ll try to write about it.

So, without further ado, let’s see what I’ve wrote about in 2013 by topics.

Also, I will definitely keep writing about the French language, as there’s so much to say, but here is what I’ve covered this past year within the topic of French language.

  1. Hi Sylviane,

As you know, I just love coming to this blog to learn so much about France. I find that the best post was the French gestures. Because I moved to a place where there are so many French and French Canadians that come to visit, it has helped me pay attention to those around me. I carefully watched and found some people using those gestures!

Another Favorite of mine this past year was French Sayings. All in all, I visit you every week to learn a bit more.

Thanks for keeping this blog alive!

    1. Hi Donna, and really you’re the best at not missing a single post of mine, as I didn’t even expected anyone come here, but wanted to put some update to my blog anyway 🙂

I remember you told me that you’ve seen some new gestures from people there in Main from French Canadians who have kept lots of things from France, indeed. I’m glad this post came at the right time for you!

My hope for this blog is writing ever so better and more interesting topics and find its public. Still working on the second part 🙂

Thank you so much for coming and looking forward to what you have in store in your blog.

  2. I liked the French bad words post, as I find that kind of language fascinating when learning a language. A bit ‘in the toilet’, perhaps, but I find that it is still a helpful way to learn the language surrounding the ‘bad words’ and it’s vital if you are going to understand modern speech. Thanks for posting the roundup!
