Are You Aware Of What’s In Your Subconscious Mind?

Do you want more money, a better relationship, better health, more success in general?  Many people who are not happy in their life are feeling lost.  If you are lost in a middle of nowhere without a map to show you where you are and where you are going, it is very difficult and sometimes impossible to get out from where you are.

If someone dropped you anywhere in a desert with no clue of where you are and no direction or map to show you a way out, you would most likely be lost there until you run out of food and water and just die.  We know it has unfortunately happened in the literal sense to some people, but what you may not be realizing is that this happens in a non-literal sense to many people in their lives.

If you don’t understand how you can get out of your problems, you might be stuck forever and live your whole life struggling amid circumstances and events that you did not want, instead of thriving in a life that is totally fulfilled.

Is it possible to live a completely fulfilled life?

Yes, it is, but in order to do so, you must understand what your subconscious mind is and what role it plays in your life.  Something tells me that if you have landed to this blog you might be looking for answers and have been acquainted with the terms “subconscious mind”, “law of attraction” and other related terminology.

The first thing you need to understand if you are new to the term “subconscious mind” is that your subconscious state has always been there.  It’s not something you have acquired.  Your subconscious mind was part of you even before you became “conscious” of things.  It has been there before you where even born and of course before you became aware that it was affecting your life.  Most of what is now deep in your subconscious mind was put there between the age of 0 and 4 years of age.

This shaping and molding of your subconscious mind is mostly shaped in a very subtle way. For example, even if you never heard the word “poor” or “lack” when you were growing up, but your grew up in a poor and lacking family, your subconscious mind would still be “set” on poor and lack.  Besides, we know that more times than not, people living with little money are often convinced that statements such as “money doesn’t bring happiness”, “money doesn’t grow on trees”, “rich people are bad”, “rich people are not spiritual”, “we can’t afford it”, etc…  are true. The list could go on and on and on.

So, you see how even if you had never heard the literal words “poor” or “lack”, you subconscious mind would still be surrounded by such on a daily basis.  As a matter of fact, unless you were born in a wealthy family that is what you’ve got, to a larger or lesser degree.  This is why it is so tough for many of us to become rich and successful, when we were not born around money.

This is why; unless you REPROGRAM your subconscious mind, your life will stay pretty much the same.

So, how do your reprogram your subconscious mind?

There are several ways and tools you can use to reprogram your subconscious mind, but a very effective one I can suggest you is the first method I used to change my own subconscious mind. This method is called “self talk” or what Napoleon Hill called in his book “Think And Grow Rich” calls “autosuggestion”.

In order to reprogram your subconscious mind, you need to consciously and intentionally autosuggest opposites beliefs than the ones you have now, to your brain.  For example, if you have several conscious and subconscious beliefs about lack of money, you need to replace those beliefs using “autosuggestion and self talks” with abundance and wealth beliefs.

Depending on the depth of your lack belief it might take more or less time to get ride of them, but, if you are ready for it, there is help for you to get there.
